[SPOILERS]Question on the Car Ride [SPOILERS]

During the last car ride you can 'Tell Her'. Now obviously I didn't because I figured this would ruin everything I'd worked to do thus far.

For anyone that did press the button and 'tell her', what happens?

If you don't 'tell her' then he just sits there with his head down then gives her a kiss on the forehead as she's driving into the tunnel.

You dont tell her anything. It lets you "try" to tell her several times before he kisses her head and it fades to black.

Yeah that's because no matter what happens, something will always kill her. The universe is fighting back every time. if he warned her, she would still end up dying. Sad but the best thing he could have done was to take her place. That is true love.

I interpreted this differently on the first play through; I thought it was Carls chance to 'Tell Her' everything you would say, given the chance, to someone you loved so dearly and knew you'd never see again. That she was special to him and he loved her no matter what happened etc.. On second playthough, with less tears, I see now that he in fact doesn't say anything and accepts his fate, to take her place, save June and in turn the baby he didn't get to know about until it was too late.
