Just over 4hrs. I missed one memory as Best Friend cause game auto-ended chapter/day when I walked by truck holding rope. Annoying bug cause now I have to replay nearly 3hrs to get back to that point if I want trophy.

2.5 - 4 hours at max wondering in the map searching for collectibles.
I also missed 2 memories but forget it, i aint going to replay the whole game just for those.

4 hours for me and I took my time to fully explore the game.

I went looking for every memory and got them all except one. I knew where it was while playing as the hunter and thought I would get it on my next day with the best friend, but I didn't expect to be unable to continue after putting the main events in the expected order.

Beware that once you trigger the final scene you can't go back and so any collectible you missed will have to be retrieved by starting over.
