but it is. as i said in a similar thread over at the verduns forums already:
just because you're playing with other players that are AI controlled, it is still multiplayer (=several other players). heck, you can play with both real players and bots at the same time right now and it's still just entirely multiplayer despite the presence of alleged "singleplayer" bots. by which definition do the other players need to be human?
even in the trailer you released with the patch today you only mentioned "multiplayer warfare". no word of singleplayer, because there isn't.
it simply is not possible to play the game without having other players, be they real persons or AI controlled bots.
Lol Dude, its an WW1 FPS, how could you play with only yourself and no others AI or Human??? Are you gonna shoot at trees??? If it has an offline/Private match with only bots and yourself then yeah, that's single player.
or in other words: in singleplayer games, only human players can clear a map. in multiplayer games, AI-controlled players can win by themselves as well. the ability for more than one player to win is the difference between singleplayer and multiplayer.
This is ridiculous
