Tannenberg
lol? winning by a mile and suddenly we lose...
two games in a row where I hold down 3 waves of attackers on a point, and, my team was winning 1500-6. and we lost. HOW? then the game before that. 1500-200, lost that too. ok? about to be done with this

seriously if there are more than 30 people real people playing the bots should stop spawning into the match. SO ANNOYING.

i doubt if the only problem were only bots youd have lost for the totality of that time. bots alone are very easy to fight off, seems like human players on the other team also decided to stop losing.
No way. My team just started camping and never even tried to take a single point back except for me. 5 damn bots would spawn right next to me and kill me as I almost finish capping. Seriously annoying. Out playing and out smarting real players only to have your efforts wasted because of bot spam is frustrating as hell

And I highly doubt these teams suddenly got coordinated after losing the entire game. People dont even use comms in this game or come on Discord or even really use the text chat lol except to say "gg"

I remember that game, I jumped in at the right time to help out. Comebacks happen often in this game. When the team manage to get in the + points and then capture key objectives they can manage to win if the there is enough time left. You can be winning the whole game but the tides can change very quickly and does get frustrating at times but it's part of the game. One problem with this is teams are usually unbalance in terms of strength which results in quick games and doesn't provide an intence fight.

Reversals seem to happen way too often in this game. The bots act stupid as a whole then all of a sudden they get it together, shoot better, and coordinate to hit objectives. Long ago I suspected there is something that triggers this in AI when they are losing. I noticed this behavior in online servers and when playing a private server with just my brother.

Yeah exactly! I honestly think there should be a cutoff. After 30 real players, no more bots spawn. Im so sick of seeing a few bots literally win the game for the enemies and vice versa really

I said it many times. I'm pretty sure the game has an intentional comeback system. And it's very noticeable. At some moment game "decides" to give a losing team thee "comeback", "a chance", "a will to play Tannenberg again to live": all of the sudden losing team gets an instant respawn: you die - you press a "respawn" button - you respawn instantly. While the winning team gets a ridiculously long spawn time. And it is a very crucial moment: while players from the winning team sitting and waiting for respawn, the losing team attacks in huge waves and in a couple of minutes winning team can lose all the sectors it had controlled. It happens even when there were no new players came to any of the team. At the moments of comeback even skill doesn't matter that much. Believe me I saw many times when team with more skilled players got lost to the less skilled team, thanks to the "great and fair" comebacks. Next time you witness a comeback, just pay attention to the spawn times, notice the effect of increased number of enemies coming from the losing team, like it has got some kind of reinforcements. And look at the map: how fast the winning team loses all the sectors it had controlled. From a point of view of a once winning team it looks and feels ridiculous: how could a team which had such an advantage over the losing team suddenly start to play so badly and once losing weaker team can suddenly start to play so good?? Did their coach gather them in the locker room and gave them an encouraging speech like in some Hollywood movie? No retreat, no surrender? COME ON!!! That's a total bs - that's what it is! Why does this comeback system exists in the game? One can only guess. I think one of the reasons is to give a losing team a sudden "wow effect", a sudden feeling of wonder: "omg, we were playing so bad and the enemy was so good, but we managed to get ourselfs together and to show those enemies who we really are! omg! this game is so great! we will definitely play it again and again!" - something like that. These comebacks always go the same way and follow the same scheme over and over again. It's like it was with those scripted oldschool singleplayer shooters: you cross a hidden line and enemy heads pop out in the trenches in front of you, you cross another hidden line and enemy die, cross another line and they start to spawn elsewhere. False satisfaction. Stupidity. .... and about those players who always jump from one team to another... well.. that's a completely different story to tell...

I agree with your assessment. It does seem at time that no matter how many waves of enemies I kill they keep coming and their spawn is almost instant. Also, it seems the bots on the other team actually capture objectives and the bots on our team run around randomly. I would like to know what triggers this because I have seen it happen many times.
