Firewall/antivirus blocking connection

i dont know how to fix this connection, i dont have any antivirus and friewall is off, but the problem same, i cant play muliplayer :(. myabe did you have solve this problem?

it cannot possibly be the firewall not allowing my friend to connect. we have windows defender and third party firewalls totally off. added to exclusion lists too just in case. nothing seems to be working.

Could your friend share their game log file in a report on the support website please?

Actually, man. You should really have your friend double check? Windows 10 has this strange habit of making decisions for you. I've owned my new PC for just a few weeks and found my settings changed (the damned thng keeps making me browse Yahoo, too)..
I just have McCaffee, but for me it was Firefox. Had to be turned off. Everything's been cool since then
