How can I get these 3 achievements?please

1,Kesselschlacht
Cut off at least 3 enemy sectors.

2,Butcher
Chop off someone's limbs with a sword.

3,Switch, Please!
Perform a role switch.

I tried many times but it seems that I tried in a wrong way....
whats the meaning of `cut of` in the 1st one?
2nd one,are there any methods to chop off someones limbs?its too hard,I have killed about 100 mans but still not succeed.
And 3rd one,is this means that I need accept others request?I changed my role with team numbers but didnt get that achievement...

a sector is cut off when it is entierly surrounded by ennemy sectors and isnt connected to its team's HQ

you switch roles with someone in the scoreboard, or in the squad menu

for the limbs chopping... idk. make a private match, use /setbotattackrange 0.1 and chop everything.
