Ejecting Mannlicher clips?
In verdun, you couldn't reload a partial magazine for the berthier & kar 88 because you couldn't eject the clips. Will this be changed in Tannenberg? This will also help balance the M1895 & M1888 (I think it will be in the game, right? IIRC, you need to push the M1895 clip downwards before it will eject, like a carcano. I think the M1888 uses the same magazine as the M1886, which doesn't require pushing downwards.

I don't think it will be possible, a few have awkward methods to do so which doesn't seem something you'd do mid battle. And that then knocks on to the balance of it and other weapons like it.

The 1888 Mannlicher (or some other pre 1895 variation) is confirmed, right?

Not sure what weapons have been shown off lately with the vids.

It was basically confirmed in the October 12 Q&A, where it was asked what weapon was their favorite to work on, and the response was the Mannlicher M88/90.
Just push the clip to mag, its so simple and if you want to try how Steyr-Mannlicher clip works, try the real or replica rifle w/clip.
Remember, in real life the reloading is slow because of physical pressure of battle.

Ok, I was wrong about the 1895 vs 1888, after seeing the new Capandball video on youtube. Both rifles will eject their clip without pushing down.
