no, they aren't. AAA titles are, but this game is far from AAA

There are few characters, but it's to keep the game well balanced, imagine a OHKO jutsu that everyone could get and spam it.

If any character moves are too OP and spamed it is because the deveolpers rushed it, we all know from the anime that several characters jutsu out class each other but for video game purposes they could balance it equally and fix how frequently a attack can be spammed.

No one is claiming it is not affordable but for what it lacks in content for the price,PS2 i remember buying bandi DBZ tenkiachi 3 for 49.99 having 161 characters and several maps and most timelined storys from the series, Things have change over the years for the better but content has gotten worst but as i can tell there are 20 charcters and like 7 maps <----- unsure about this

there are going to be updates and dlcs which will give more characters and maps, and also bamco seems to like the idea of expansions so I am sure there will be one in the future as well

he should be but it does not look like he's in i am suppress by the fact that there don't have jiraiya orochimaru and tsunade in game
