What's the deal with allowing placement where you can spend money and not get your item? How exactly was this problem overlooked when looking at spawn maps?
I've noticed this happening much more often in Multiplayer. Single Player I've only seen it a handful of times around Stage 20~.
The chests and stuff, this is the generation fault.
But that.... this was your own fault...
the items still exist they just aren't affected by out-of-map volumes
