Option to "hide" items on character

Not that I hate the way it looks having 50 items all over my body or anything, but I think the option would be nice to have.

I figure could do it one or two ways.

1. Option to hide all items

2. Have a list in the options somewhere of all the unlocked items where you can manually
choose ones you want to "hide". That way say you like the look of certain ones, but not so
much others you can custom it to your liking.

No. It was the whole point of the first game. You do anything to survive and become a monster yourself. The first game's endscreen showed the character with all the different stuff on him to emphasize this. Now you actually see your character become that during the gameplay and I love it. It's a deliberate design decision and it should stay in.

Deliberate dosen't make it a good choice. All people are asking for is an option to do so, it dosen't have to be a complete removal of whatever lore accurate detail you might find valuable to the game. Some people just don't want to see the clutter.
