Loader's thunderdome sfx plays at max volume

I usually play with volume low because I have sensitive hearing, but the new update seems to play loader's alt R at max volume. This issue exists for other teammates, who hear the thunderdome's sound effects at max volume, even if theyre on the opposite side of the map from me.

Had the same issue. The underslam mod fixes this. It kinda over does the sound dampening, but it works.

It is max volume and it lasts a very long time - and everyone you're playing with also hears it at max volume for a very long time, no matter where they are on the board.

In multiplayer game, friend played Loader and every time they used this ability it would play deafeningly loud map-wide.

It's been a month and they still haven't fixed it, I genuinely do not know how the ♥♥♥♥ I'm supposed to trust the devs when they cannot deal with something this simple.
