NEW BUG: Radar scanner to equipment drone = unplayable frame drops

Was playing with my friend last night. Two runs in a row I gave an equipment drone a radar scanner. I also had 1-2 purities. The scanner would be used every few seconds on larger maps with a lot of loot. It happened only on stages 4/5, specifically Helminth Hatchery, Sky Meadow, and Abyssal Depths. It didn't happen on smaller / earlier stages. The drone would spam the scanner constantly and it would drop us to less than 1 frame a second making the game completely unplayable. This did not occur before the latest patch. I haven't tested to see if this replicates without purity or multiplayer, but I did notice that if I was able to run far enough away from the drone then it would stop.

This happened to us too. Manual use of the scanner also brought framerate down dramatically, the run was unplayable once it went on an equipment drone.

Can confirm, played with a friend, we got fps drops to 1-2 sometimes, the only solution is only to end the run

I've had this happen too, with and without the equipment drone. I play solo, and I don't have Purity unlocked yet. The scanner just effs up the framerate until the pings start disappearing. It also happened in games where I had the scanner manually activated after its regular cooldown.

We were at 1 frame per 2 seconds and it was completely unplayable
Why has this not been adressed
