duplicate items bug?

I'm not sure what caused it but any item I picked up would stay on the ground and give me between 1-1000 of that item per button press. It started when I picked up transcendence and noticed it was still on the ground but I had obtained 100's of it.

Potential causes:
Playing as Railgunner
her biting embrace equipment
1x warped echo was stacking its effect in the bottom left corner (what I think might be the cause of it)

I just had this same bug last night.
I was able to replicate it 2-3 times by just switching equipment from "Ifrits Distinction" to any other equipment and then back.
When the bug happened i couldn't pick up items, bustling fungus didnt work, and when trying to pick up the items they'll just stack infinetly as it never dissapears.
Game breaking bug but also rare as the drop chances for the aspect equipments are 1/4000.

I had this happen as well and only once I grabbed auralienites blessing. But the friend I was playing with had ifrits distinction and he didn't get it so it seems hit and miss to get it to work

hmm maybe it'll happen randomly upon picking up any item then? the 3 I was playing with didn't have it happen to them
