Audio too loud on start

Everytime i start the game, the audio is way to loud. The audio value settings in the menu are saved. however they seem to be ignored,. (i.e music set to 20%) going into the menu again and clicking on the slider (even if you dont adjust it, but just click it) fixes it for the current session. However on the next start it is loud again

I have the same problem. The workaround is to go into settings and change the master volume slider (even to the same %, just make sure you move it).
