Potential Seeker Revive bug

Hi, I was playing multiplayer with my friend and we noticed a very interesting bug after she died on distant tundra. Once revived, she was unable to interact with anything traditionally. She couldn't print or anything. I see that listed on the forums here at least once, however. What remains unlisted is the side-effect.
It seems that whatever causes this state also at least has a *chance* to allow for the player to pick up an item on the ground every frame .

Through basic trials here I deduce it isn't caused by any items in either player's inventory, at least I don't think, but rather a strange interaction with Seeker's revive.
Sorry if this isn't worded the best overall but I at least wanted to share video evidence of it happening lol.
