Broken seeker revive bug

upon dying with buff as seeker, I was revived in a "dead" state, where my health values were negative, my abilities would not recharge (including primary), and could not interact with items or tp, yet I was "alive" and moving around.

Also, can confirm this wasn't just lag as my friends could see me moving around "dead" as well.

I believe the bug was caused when I died in a very quick burst of damage (lost around 600hp in like 2 seconds) and my power vial activated simultaneously with my death, which I believe may have messed up the revive mechanic.

If it helps, we were on the stage 3 green portal map (I don't currently know its name but will reply if I learn it), where there appear to be other bugs as well (my friend got stuck inside one of the hanging leaf plants and couldn't move, but was able to get free, I don't know how, sorry)

Unfortunately I do not know if this bug persists between stages, as we died before being able to teleport to the next stage, if I learn anything more from a repeat bug I will reply!

I experienced a similar bug - I died while meditating, but without completing it, and afterwards had the same effects, although with the interesting additional effect that my character wouldn't turn (I could move my camera and all, but the actual avatar kept facing the same direction). I also note that I could use the skills that were charged when I died, but once I used them they would not recharge. I

I don't think it has to do with map, either - I was on Aphelian Sanctuary when I died. I can, however confirm that the bug does not persist between stages (although, from a similar report I saw on Reddit, it does apparently still occur even in singleplayer).
