Kip kip the gentle bugged?
Friend and i were playing. Kip kip just kept healing over and over again. At one point he looked up the mechanics and it seems as though you have to constantly do damage to him or he'll heal? I'd keep up my damage and he kept healing 43k a tick even when constantly being attacked or under a fire tornado and such. Is this bugged or is there a secret we were missing? Missed out on friend's railgunner skin because of this.

Also he did have a rejuv rack item and some other stuff on him. Not sure if we just got unlucky

You just got unlucky, whenever any enemy that can heal, that can also acquire items that affect healing they usually just become invincible unless you yourself have a broken build.
