White / Blank screen bug ( UI VISIBLE )

( Its getting more often idk why ) Sometimes when im playing and use an ability / collide with a wall / colide with an entity, my game shows me only UI and white screen. Idk how to fix it, i tried everything, reseting my PC, looking for tutorials online, refreshing the game, loading back in using mod called " Proper Save ". Nothing works except using teleporter to go to next stage ( In multiplayer mode ). Please help me, its getting more annoying.

I am having this same glitch. Let me know the mod layout you have and I can compare my own with you.

I have mostly client-sided mods like better ui and mods that make game faster like Actually_Faster mod that makes you print faster and other like that. My friend uses the same modpack as i do and he doesnt have this problem so i assume that's with the game, not modpack itself
