Stuck after defeating the Final Boss

After defeating the final boss for the first time I got stuck. I circled the whole arena and there was no way out. I tried walking normally, I tried dashing and I tried jumping. No matter what I did I couldn't get out.

Going by what is suggested in another thread

I was suppose to jump into the orbs. I ran into one of them as you can see me doing so in the video. How am I suppose to know this? They look like projectiles that could kill me if I touch them and there was no indicator or prompt whatsoever telling me to jump on them.

Died alone in the boss room 4 times before I started looking for this bug. Can't believe that's what you're supposed to do. Literally everything else has a "Press E to <whatever>" prompt. I'm all for games not holding your hand but this is just asinine and annoying.
