Disappearing Items

On multiple occasions now (once in singleplayer and now multiplayer) some of my items in my inventory randomly disappear. This time I lost 3 Backup Mags and a Hopoo Feather whilst running around in the 3rd zone.

You're not activating 3d printers, are you? They consume a random item of the same rarity to produce a specific item.

EG: A soldier's syringe 3d printer will consume a white item at random and give you a Soldier's Syringe; so if you're activating printers while running around, that could be what's happening.

No! I very rarely activate the 3D printer and as well it was at least 4 items that disappeared from my inventory. I had just gotten the Hopoo feather from a Shrine of Chance when I noticed that I could no longer use my secondary attack as many times as I had been. Shortly after I saw I was missing those items.

There are only two ways to lose items:

• 3D Printers
  
• Item sacrifices at the Lunar Bazaar

Perhaps you accidentally sacrificed some items at the Lunar Bazaar. You can turn in 5 random white items for the listed green item, for example.

If you're certain you did not use either of these, you should perhaps record your gameplay and record it happening.
