Guragura the Lucky Bugged?

Me and my friend were fighting Guragura the Lucky but for some reason whenever we got it below a certain amount of health it healed instantly back up. Even more, the boss health bar and the healthbar over his head were showed different progress. On the boss health bar it showed that whenever he went below 17k health he healed to 28k, and had a max health of around 35k.

Same thing just happened to me. Boss is basically un-killable. Both of it's health bars are constantly de-synced and would randomly recover around 30-40% of it's health after about 30 seconds.

My theory is that he uses the Foreign Fruit. So you'll either need insane DPS or aspect of corruption equipment (rare drop from malachites)

Happened to my three man monsoon team, I had the highest damage output and when I died there was no chance to match the power of his tonic.

You can see the scavenger's equipment hanging on a tree branch coming out of the left side of the bag (your right from the survivor's perspective).
The regular health bar probably desyncs because it doesn't account for the extra max health gained and lost.
