artifact reliquary with old guillotine
if you have old guillotine the elites in artifact reliquary don't drop artifact shards

You sure you didn't have bad RNG on them dropping? I've been in there with multiple Old Guillotines at the 180+ minute of a run and only saw elites spawning/dying. I was able to get all 3 without too much effort.

did you have artifact of honor on?
because you probably have gotten them from non elite enemies

just did a test with this and was able to get artifacts shards just fine, i had honor on with a bunch of guillotines. can you give any more info like what character you were playing and if you had any mods installed?
