Radar Scanner bug

i dont know the exact trigger for the bug, but i owned Gesture of the Drowned before owning radar scanner, and after pick up radar scanner, the Radar Scanner got trigger continuously without delay/cooldown and make screen white and drop the fps

but after defeating the boss and go to 3rd map, the effect stop and back to normal
