Gesture of the Drowned

So I just unlocked this item and got it in a run, read its description and thought "Ah, that might be cool. Now, time to actually find an Equipment item..."

It took me getting to the next level before I found an Equipment crate, and got Foreign Fruit, so I wasn't too excited..until. Well, it seems like my fruit is being eaten multiple times per second, my screen is just a spam of healing numbers and my ears are burdened by a thousand eating fruit sounds.

When I found another equipment from a shrine later on, "The Backup", my game just froze completely to one frame a second as it began spawning a million drones. I seriously hope that this isn't the intended implementation of the item :P For what it's worth, I had 2-3 Fuel Cells as well, so the Equipment cooldowns were already being reduced. Maybe having a capped minimum cooldown of 1 second or so to avoid this?

I've had this happen as well, and oddly enough it fixed itself when entering the next stage

Sadly I couldn't enter the next stage cause of the FPS drop, and for fear of my computer dying

The next time I grabbed the item in a future run, the same glitch didn't happen, tho.

Even worse is the interaction with the black hole.
my experiance started exactly like yours. unlocking gesture of the drowned, not having any use items but multiple of the items that grand you an extra use. i find blackhole and than the screen turned blachole of it getting activated multiple times a second and the game crashed
