Bazaar Between Time Reforge Bug

TL;DR if you enter the bazaar and head to the reforge station, they count your items upon entering, not actively while in the bazaar.

For example, you go in with 10 commons and 3 uncommons and you have an uncommon forge that eats 3 commons, and a rare forge that eats 5 uncommons. If you trade 6 commons to get two more uncommons, you will now have 5 uncommons in your inventory, but you still cannot use the rare forge, as it only "counts" your uncommons when you enter the bazaar, even though you have the appropriate number of uncommons after reforging at the other altar.
