Is Seekers of the Storm still broken?

It wasn't the Dlc2 itself that caused issue but the new code. That was fix soon enough.

Some of the new items were very bad, but that got overhaul too.

Even then, the gear bugs were kinda rare, i didnt see them in 12 hours gameplay immediately after it came out.
the CODE issues were mostly changes in libraries and things so a lot of addresses had to be changed, and some modders didnt want to update at all, which is fair
