Dear gearbox, please update the dedicated server on steam, its TWO versions BEHIND.

Yes,I m waiting for a looooooong time with this problem.the only way we can play in a server is fallbacking your game version with the console of steam

1. Open Steam://nav/console in browser to open steam console;
2. Type this command "download_depot 632360 632361 7660073450841700654" to download ror2 1.2.4.1 manually;
3. Open the game directly from the folder you downloaded in step-2

At this point I believe they simply forgot it even exists. I won't be purchasing the DLC if I can't play it on a proper server that's for sure.

+1, I can't believe this is the state of the game. Ugh.

I saw in a reply that Gearbox thought it was a third party tool and that they didnt have any control over it. They dont even know they have a first party server tool. I sent them a few questions on Twitter about it, but never got a response.

So this is why I could never find a dedicated server game anymore
