The team has still been working hard, and they have been taking a while working on the updates. The roadmap is not for fixing the game, it's for reworking most of the DLC features... and yes, they know all of those issues and they're going to be addressed.
They already fixed the elite spawns. They didn't say it will take seven months for the roadmap updates to come out, they just said a few months, which isn't that long.
That is the worst case scenario, if DEI ever touched this game It would be time to bail.
I think in the state it came in, we all would of appreciated if they actually play tested, communicated(since the team taking over likely doesn't know item effects too much in ror) and took their time on it.
When nintendo made the switch Metroid game they put out an announcement that they weren't happy with how it was going and were scrapping it and starting from fresh, look at that game. It came out literally perfect.
You telling me gearbox can't handle a simple dlc add on to a game but nintendo can scrap and perfect a game?(to be fair they had to, if they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up metroid people wouldn't let them forget it)
i dont want anything anymore i just want gearbox to go away
