random instant death?
ive noticed that sometimes i'd randomly instantly die even when over 90% hp, it most commonly happens after ive defeated the teleporter boss and the cause is always "The Planet"

Sounds like a case of me (specifically) reaching out through time and space and killing you. The only reason that would happen is because you've been stealing boss drops. It's terminal, unfortunately. You're just gonna have to live with it.
