If youre looking for a challenge, I highly recommend trying out Eclipse mode, which is located in alternate gamemodes tab like Prismatic Trials/Simulacrum. It's sort of like a new game+ kinda mode, where everytime you complete a run on a survivor in Eclipse, the a new modifier gets added to the game mode, making it a lot harder than last time.
If youre looking to just experience additional content, there's plenty of mods that range from QoL, additional content, bugfixes, and more on R2Modman/Thunderstore.io.
If you want to spice up your vanilla experience, try experimenting with different artifacts and character alternate abilities to keep your runs feeling unique and interesting.
