It's the same with pirated games scene - people expect talented devs to work for months cracking a single Denuvo release and lose their ♥♥♥♥ if those mention any sort of payment via donations.
No one owes you anything, get over yourself
Technically correct, but A leads to B leads to C is also right.
he doesnt have to, but what he did just makes him an ass
Can you tell me where is he demanding donations?
In the donation link on the mods website (which is the github repository of the mod) it says:
In the main menu it says:
From what I see he's asking people to consider donating to him if they want. That doesn't look like "demanding donations" at all.
Last update of the mod was 4 days ago and the message from its dev about it being deprecated was today.
Good to know.
donating "enables" him to keep working on it. this reads as whoops sorry guys money ran out so my fingers dont work anymore haha. i dont think u see the context
OP said:
Begging =/= Demanding.
if you're going to quote him do it well. He said:
And that reads: "I have bills to pay, and if I have to work more hours I'll have less time to work on mods. If you donate enough I'll not have to work more hours, thus I'll have more time to work on mods."
