Increased mob spawn/elite spawn rate
Since the DLC dropped I feel like I'm encountering more and more elites earlier on, specifically overloaded ones and also just way more mobs. I know it was tied to FPS at one point but they said they fixed that, was that a lie and mob spawns are still tied to increased FPS?

it's not tied to fps anymore, but elites spawn are a mess for gilded elites at least.
don't know for the other elites.
I downloaded a mod to remove gilded (and twisted) and i feel like spawn rate is fine.
Gilded spawn way too much for sure. I also run the two mods that remove gilded and twisted and yeah spawn rates feel much better without them

i use a mod that changes credits of elites and makes spawn rates feel more like pre dlc.

i keep twisted and gilded in the game, but do have a mod that changes twisted to be a lot more fair and still unique by making it not have a proc co so it can't proc malachite, blazing, or overloading and also reduces the range and gives an icd to the reflected damage.

the game def feels much harder than pre dlc w/o mods right now, at least if you're not playing seeker or false son.
