False son Surprise encounter...

So, having Halcyon seed aparently has a small chance of Aurelonite turning on you and it becomes a 2 boss fight. Surprise to be sure, though annoying.

Nah it's guaranteed I'm pretty sure Aurelonite is False sons creation and guardian that mithrix sealed for having too much will and soul in the lore so it makes sense.

Of all the runs I did ending with Halcyon seed and beating False son, this is the first time it happened to me.

I assume, although with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ update who knows.

I also assumed it was intended behavior, both with lore-implications and also just the challenge criteria. Aurelionite was created by the brothers and given alot of soul by providence, but was then betrayed by the both of them. False son was a statue of providence given life by aurelionite but then twisted/trauma'd by mithrix.

Makes sense to me why they'd align given that Aurelionite created False Son and they are both mad af.

His name is literary false son I don't get how they can make it any more obvious
