What is so HORRIBLY AWFUL about the dlc?

I've heard about a couple bugs and nothing else. What is SO TERRIBLY BAD that it justifies review bombing?
You all just wanna hate on gearbox for the fun of it or is there an actual reason?

you cant play the game on xbox. AT ALL. you wasted your money, as well as all of the fun inside of you is wasted after you buy this dlc. mithrix is INVINCIBLE. most of the abilities are FPS BASED. a couple of bugs and nothin` else.

but on the other side, lets be honest, gearbox cooked with this dlc. it may look weak, but MOST of the items work pretty interesting and original, survivors are fun (chef, mostly) and the False Son fight is fricking fire. but all of that cool stuff melts instantly after you realise that you cant even play the game. awesome

so uh... the boss has a hitscan death beam.. it also has an easier time hitting you if your fps is too high. new enemy variants are bleh, items are trash, new maps aren't that fun, the bossfight in general is whatever, and to top it all off the game is barely playable, it's legit unplayable on consoles and certain new items are super bugged so they just kill you/ make you take more damage.

yay warped echo is great, for me i've noticed it literally just doesn't do it's job

I dont know dude, all these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ be complaining. I had 0 bugs so far, and the items are really interesting and game changing.

Just because you don't have bugs or couldn't find them doesn't mean others don't have them. Game is unplayable on xbox, enemies can go through walls and floors (especially using new ♥♥♥♥ knocknack item), TRY USING ANY ASPECT and your items will multiply (about 1000 stacks), Mithrix is unbeatable with echo... There's videos on youtube and discord, and additionally on discord there's 1000 bug report threads. And I'm not joking. It's 1000 right now.
So stop defending releasing unfinished DLC and maybe research a bit why are people review bombing it. The maps (even though you can get softlocked in one or two), music and some specific items (NOT ALL) are the only good thing about DLC.

idk how you got this sentiment, all the new items are either buggy, jank, or just plain bad.

There are few items added and the vast majority are useless, you don't have to doubt whether to get it or not, you just don't get it. These elites that reflect damage and give you hit kills out of nowhere, it's unbearable because sometimes you can't see them because there are so many monsters on the screen and you simply die.

YES! The reason why review bombing exists is to show the developers they did a bad service and a bad job with the game. The reason why people IS review bombing is because people love the game and want the developers to fix all the broken mess they made. If people didn't care, people wouldn't even playing the game.

So... YES, is 100% justifiable, the game was awesome before the update. This is so horrible that you can even expect people modding the whole DLC in a previous version, so people can play the content of the DLC is a better version of the game.
