Prime Meridian Skin for Chef

All I'm asking is why NOT give chef (and the rest of the new characters for that matter) skins for completing the event on Prime Meridian like what they gave to every other character?

Because the DLC was obviously rushed out to meet publisher deadlines, resulting in content being cut, the new survivors only having one alternate skill each also leads me to this conclusion.

The plethora of bugs and technical issues introduced is another clear indication that there was simply not enough time to for the developers to actually finish their work to a good standard.
