NOTABLE ISSUES MEGATHREAD
This thread is here to catalog a mass of issues introduced with the Seekers of the Storm expansion, so that Gearbox may use it as reference for future patches.
As this covers both Bugs and Balance issues, this thread is posted here, in General Discussions, to maximize interaction.

I will try to update this list with any reports from the replies

-GAMEPLAY/BALANCE-
  1. Gilded elites scale way too hard when stealing Gold from players. This becomes an issue in Multiplayer lobbies, where multiple peoples gold may be stolen at once.
  2. Gilded elite "aura" is not indicative of how they actually work. They appear to be able to steal gold by just looking at you, which is insane.
  3. New final boss doesn't spawn if there's more players than the standard 4 (via console commands such as sv_maxplayers.)
  4. Knockback Fin feels like a weak gimmick. No items have any effect against "airborne" enemies, so it just feels like a joke.
  5. Knockback (and collision in general feels buggier,) more likely to have enemies and survivors clip into walls randomly.
  6. Halcyonite spin attack hitbox seems to be active for way longer than it should, leading to unfair damage.
  7. Child projectiles seem to randomly fizzle out instead of exploding on contact with the ground.
  8. Sonorous Whispers feels disgustingly strong at times. The elite function is fine, but dropping items for every Champion/Boss-tier enemy is absurd. May need balancing, perhaps making boss drops rarer with each successful boss drop on the stage.
  9. Twisted elites are horrible in terms of balance. The idea of an Elite that retaliates upon dealing damage to its allies sounds nice on paper, but is horrendous in the way its implemented here. Unavoidable razorwire-esque damage is awful. There is effectively no counter-play if one spawns near something you're shredding without you noticing. You just get ground up into mincemeat. Doesn't help that they have the same big, ugly bubble that Celestines do.
  10. Mithrix seems to be made immortal due to a bug with Warped Echo on enemies(?), Same may apply to Scavengers.
  11. Prismatic Trials may be softlocked if the portal spawns on a Warbanner or vice-versa.



-TECHNICAL ISSUES-
  1. Most instances of fixedDeltaTime have been replaced with deltaTime, leading to frame-rate dependent gameplay (bad) and possible desyncs in multiplayer (worse)
  2. There appears to be actual memory leaks now. God help us all.



-VISUAL/AUDIO QUIRKS-
  1. Entire game is unusually blurry, possibly some motion blur/depth of field issue?
  2. Lighting seems bugged. Gamma boost option doesn't seem to work at all.
  3. Bloom seems to flicker sporadically. Most notably seen on maps where the Sun is visible.
  4. Damage/low-health indication feedback seems broken and doesn't exist.
  5. Audio seems to randomly get unreasonably choppy and weird sounding.
  6. False Son (Survivor) lacks "sauce" when it comes to his attacks. Most of his skills are lacking in terms of VFX, especially screenshake. He's a big boy. He needs it.
  7. Opening the Logbook in the middle of a run kills the music.
  8. Some wiseguy moved everything in the Logbook several bajillion miles away from where it originally was, causing intense floating point error jitters. For what purpose this was done... I have no clue.



-MISCELLANEOUS-
  1. Most item descriptions are strangely phrased, to the point where there's instances of information inconsistent with the items actual function, as well as strange stacking info.
  2. Lore logs are filled with weird, mish-mashed formatting, the most egregious of which being the Electric Boomerang's log, which is a bizarre mash of Shipping details, a vignette, and "Signal echoes" like Rallypoint Delta's log.



More to be possibly added later. We're all still playing, after all?

Some more I have heard of/experienced

-Mithrix isn't killable with Seeker apparently?
-Opening the Logbook during game stops the music
-I ran into an unkillable Scavenger, I heard someone else say the same
-This one is weird but I got soft locked in a Prismatic Trial because a banner spawned right in the middle of the portal where the interactable part was. I'm not sure if it's a pre-existing issue, a stage issue(it was on Verdant falls) or a 1 in a million chance but it's never happened to me before

Supposedly this is one many are experiencing and not Seeker exclusive, just everyone is playing seeker currently so its the one everyone hears about.


-False Son randomly moving at mach 10 when hes shooting his laser......unsure if thats intended but it sure is jaring with no counter to it.

Loader's grapple speed is insanely high. Not sure if it's a bug but it seems very unbalanced atm

Added some extra points, some from the previous replies.
I'd also like to say that should you come into contact with any of these issues in-game, please fill out a support form on Gearbox's official website, which is linked in the patch notes of the update. This way it's more likely for the devs to actually see and fix them. Thanks.

the volume of plasma shrimp's sfx seemed to rapidly oscillate from low to high to low again when shooting enemies with it active, at least when i was playing as commando

Regarding the blurry game, I think the LOD is broken. Even at the highest settings possible the game has a noticeable "bubble" around the player that is turning so much of the environment and enemies into their low poly versions. It is actually awful compared to pre-patch. The teleporter particle effects are almost entirely invisible because of this and basically make the new option mandatory to have on.

Whatever changes they made to make all version on parity really screwed over the PC edition.

I just had a multiplayer run where i died but could still walk and run and use my equipment but not my abilities. Enemies would still target me too and my audio was as if I had died. I had the item where damage gets split and i was playing seeker, those are the only things i thought could somehow make this happen.

commando's default secondary hits enemies twice for non-host players in multiplayer. got excited at first because i thought it was a buff lol.

I don't think it's tied to seeker, did a run earlier with a friend and seeker was the reason we killed him that run. Might be some other common variable or a freak bug that just sometimes happens with the new update.
