Skin mods work fine after SotS?

I would assume they would be fine as the're just skins, but anyone tested it?

Most do. Paladin mod recently updated so I grabbed some skins for it but they did not work. 3 didn't show up as an option and 1 did but that one didn't work either.

Now someone might think they were for an older version of paladin so of course they wouldn't work well someone made a 40k skin for the enforcer mod and enforcer also recently updated but the skin hasn't been touched in 2 years yet it works.

So you just have to give them a try and see.

On the note of the Paladin, if you have concept skins (or a similar name) active in the config, the Reaper looking skin is bugged too. You can't jump properly and you get dragged in a direction.
