1) Do they cancel other installed mods?
2)How do i make one(for me and some friends)
3)if one mod in them is outdated will the rest still work?

1) Generally no, but there are cases of incompatibility.
2) That is a much bigger question and you should use discord and google to learn how.
3) Yes.
