i saw the DLC broke the game, Did they fix the game yet?

The DLC didn't break the game, an update released at the same time of the DLC did. The majority of the issues that made the game unplayable have been fixed. Monsoon still has more elites than typical and there are some collision issues here and there, but you should be able to play it just fine. There are plans for a large patch to address the remaining issues and tweak the DLC.
