Monster log book entries question (see below please)

So if i remember right before if used any artifacts (or was it artifact of command ) some things wouldn't drop for logbook items (or something) so question is will monster log book entry item (ones that say killed a specific monster and gain its logbook entry completion ) will they not drop or is it just super random /rare. I have 2 monster logbook entries ive yet to complete i have ror2 basic + void dlc. for some reason i can't seem to get 2 entries . 1st one is between the stone golem and parent (that entry ) and last one is after void reaver. i tried checking ror2 wiki and fandom but they do not have them listed as the game logbook does and i can not figure out what they are let alone why they wont drop after having ror2 basic and void since both were released . (also side note i have a 7 environment log entries too missing ...) thanks if able help answer any of this as i would love to figure this out. (if looking at the ror2 wiki it shows stone golem then void barnacle void jailer void reaver but i have all 3 voids .

Im not sure but "legendary" clover may help with it rng drop.
Environment logs lying in secret places (for example gold portal environment log on top of construction). And sometimes i find broken drones (or antenna) - after fixing environment log pops up.

yea ik thats great item for rng chances, just wasnt sure if i ran runs with any artifacts enabled if it would block drops , (ik originally if ran artifact of command (one that lets you pick from any color drop thats associated with what dropped (say red box pick any legendary item ect) it used to block log book items like the "elite item drops " (Artifact of Command Artifact of Command

is enabled, however the only option that will be presented is the elite of the enemy that dropped it. Even though they occupy the active item slot) per wiki but again idk if still in play as rule or if ever changed ik i haent kept up with patches though ive continued to play all this time so was weird seeing im still missing 2 monster log entries plus 7 location entries . ive always double checked for them .

I have both DLC so my order may be different. After Void Reaver is Voidling, the void final boss. For me the one between Stone Golem and Parent is Scorch Wyrm, but that is a SotS enemy. I did find a screenshot of pre-SotS which has nothing between those two, so maybe for some reason you're expected to get Scorch Wyrm without SotS? May be possible if you play with someone with SotS.

Not sure on environments without seeing your list, though it could be a similar issue as Scorch Wyrm.

You should be able to use Command for logbook hunting. If you have the lunar coins for it, you could fill up on Regenerating Scrap, go to the Bazaar, and trade the Scrap for reds essence and get tons of Clovers.

sadlty ive run 5 games over 2 hrs each had 44-60 lucky clovers and no items drpoped not a one for log book entries (idk if make it viod and nil or if just cant drop less its one i need ) thinking but lost grr artifact of command might lock it out of dropping not sure wish devs would respond but since they sold game i doubt it. maybe if willing some time if you can tell me ho ws.s. my log books id like to seeif you or sanyone can help me see what im missing or least what maps and monsters they are so i kinda better idea what to focus or if its something from seekers of storm which i dont have since cant afford atm

so the one after void reaver was indeed voidling got it on a run with 107 red clovers and 2 hrs . now to find one between stone golem and parent

so 1 level ik missing is the "Commencement" level (mithrax's stage environment log enttry (ive checked every where wish i knew where it spawns or possible places )) other ones i think are SoS Dlc as for the Monster log entry no idea

All of those are more than likely SotS logbooks. The monster is locked which it shouldn't be if it is accessible. Either Gearbox did it on accident (yet another goof) or intentionally (teasing you to get the DLC), or maybe you played a game with someone with SotS and you saw a Scorch Wurm, making the game add a spot for it. Though Child and Halcyonite ought to be in a similar situation.

Commencement's logbook is under the arena. In most cases the book despawns after a certain amount of time, so you'll want to get it before fighting Mithrix. Eccentric Vase would allow you to get to it pretty quickly.

ty seriously i apreciate it , as for playing with others i havnt yet so im guessing then its SoS monster and yea lil irritating it shows up w/o having dlc but meh. just cant afford it on my diability income atm . ty truly
