Even if that were true, I would get some orbs, get a new infusion, and there would be orbs for who knows how long. A new infusion should at least necessitate orbs coming again...even if it fills up very quickly due to the number of transfusions. But I would get like 10 or more transfusions before my health would bump up again. Then a long pause of no additional health even with new infusions.
glass has nothing to do with how it works, the hp decrease shouldn't affect it in the way you describe.
This is what I would think. But that can't be true? Why? Because I was constantly killing enemies and getting *multiple* infusions before my health would move again. My health would stay the same even if I picked up 10 or more infusions and kill 30+ enemies in the meantime. It would occasionally bump up by about 30 or so seemingly randomly. But that's it. If it actually behaved as you proposed, then I would be able to watch my health constantly go up little by little. But it would stagnate for long periods even with collecting multiple infusions.
