Did you know the bosses can get Voidtouched?

I could have handled it at this stage, except the Void Beetle Guards punched me so hard my insides exploded

yeah it can be scary depending what gets voided. but the boss will actually end up dealing less damage as voidtouched enemies have their damage multiplied by a number less than 1 as opposed to greater than it as with other elites and they only get a small health increase. And it will actually overwrite whatever previous elite status they had before. So a Blazing Beetle Queen would technically be weaker after getting voidtouched (at least I think the health and damage change should still apply, its not like ive tested the actual numbers though im sure smarter people have).
pretty interesting stuff. This game has so many weird interactions its awesome

With the Queen, it's not her you need to be worried about. it's the Beetle Guards she spawns that are also voidtouched that can swarm you and easily stack 3+ collapse stacks on you

oh for sure, no im not discounting her being dangerous, more just noting some interesting things about the mechanics of bosses getting voided
