Should i Stack shattering Justice

i am wondering if i should stack this item or leave it to just one. i saw some one say that it is useless against everything but boss monsters but i saw that it also gives negative armor if a monster is hot with it and has no armor. the negative armor in theory should grant a damage boost from the player right?

Negative armor definitely exists and is extremely effective against just about everything. However, having multiple stacks only increases the lingering effect, so it's essentially useless to have more than one.
