screen position out of view frustum

I've been playing lately and quite often a problem with a screen error began to arise (white screen and only character respawn helps). I use mods, but it’s interesting to know why this appears

I've been getting the same error, but in Infinifactory, and on Epic Games. Seems to be a problem with Unity 3D, but all the posts I've seen, have been from developers, so it seems it's something the devs of both games have to fix, rather than us being able to circumvent the problem somehow.
