i was wondering when it would come out wether it was 2024 e1-e4 or sometime in 2025

If I remember correctly, the last DLC was first announced around the anniversary (so Nov as well) and then released in March. since there has been only one we cant confirm if thats the precedent or simply how things went. I would suspect it will come out around the same time but I never get my hopes up with release dates these days

They're storm chasers, they've got to give you an accurate weather report so they can tell you what the Risk of Rain for the day is.
