How to find secrets?

is there a certain thing you have to do like in dead cells where you need to be at a door before a certain amount of time? And are they always in the same place or do they constantly move? I've not got a huge amount of times but I've yet to see whatever the ♥♥♥♥ this game calls a radio tower
Also is there an easier way to find teleporters? I spent 15 minutes trying to find the stage 5 one only to realise it was in a stupid place that I swear I had checked before.

There is only one time limited secret.
Most of the secrets are codes that you can enter on stage 5 to unlock artifacts. Some of them are very obvious, some of them are more cryptic.
There are some others that are hidden in certain locations on certain stages. One requires either multiplayer, specific character abilities, or a lot of patience in rolling pots.

As for teleporters, there's floating particles around them, they should be easy to spot depending on the stage.

Well I can barely survive by the time I get to stage 5 lmao, guess I'll just ignore them for now
