What's the save edit code to unlock acrid

Thats honestly probably more work than just unlocking him manually. If you want a really easy way to unlock him, do a run until you get a razorwire then go into the null portal in the bazaar and then you can stand in the void and kill everything with 0 effort. I ended up doing it on stage 3. A tip though once you get onto the last void seed thing you can just run around and dodge attacks because the last one disables the rapid damage over time that procs the razorwire

Honestly it's not TOO hard. There's some challenge involved. What I did was pick Commando (or whatever his name is) picked up every item until the end of the second level then went to the place where you get Acrid and got him on my first try. Chances are it'll take a day until someone figures out the code to unlock him by .ini file so you may as well try get him manually until then.

It's actually very easy, i just need someone to look at their save and tell me what Acrid is listed as. For example, Artificer is referred to as Mage, so i would simply paste <unlock>Characters.Mage</unlock> to unlock it. I just replace mage with whatever Acrid is called.

What's wrong with people these days? Patch was released today, but some people already so lazy to even try a bit for unlock geeez....
Such achievment needs only around 30 minutes of playtime and it's so 'EASY for first try' compared to some others from Skills 2.0 category.
'work smarter not harder' - And look how much time you already wasted while waited for some advices in coding or self-searching for solution. Good luck with being sitting duck while others already playing on him.

While I do understand the feel sometimes, Acrid is one of the easiest characters to unlock in the game (unless you get super bad rng but its not likely).
This is why you're getting flak, not because you want to cheat but because its really easy to do in 5-10 minutes or less.

It's way way quicker and easier for you to just look at your save file and tell me what the character is called in the data

Actually it's quicker to just spend the 10 minutes required to unlock the character ingame.
