Shrine of order..

Damn it really got me good, making me not to always trust anything in this game, but I guess that's the part of the fun.

I am pretty new in this game, but I managed to have like 81 minutes run today which is my new record. I was pumped to get far, but it all got wasted because the shrine turned all my 55 items into 40 Regenerating Scraps and 15 Shipping Request Forms, the stage boss absolutely obliterated me.

It was pretty painful but I learned my lesson..

Now my question: Is that just a troll feature or is there any benefit investing into that shrine?

I also read somewhere people getting like 40 Repulsion Armor Plate + 20 Tougher Times, which make them almost unkillable..

I guess it depends on which skills, and in my case i was just being totally unlucky.

I guess it depends on which skills, and in my case i was just being totally unlucky.

well, i was playing as huntress, so of course i was able to easily dodge any attack.
mithrix took aground 999M damage.

It dropped me 40 sodas, i couldnt stay on any map. I would touch the ground and instantly fly off the side.

Probably mostly troll. Maybe if in sequencing you it also doubled your stack of everything then perhaps it would be positive a bit more often. Or they could just spawn earlier in a run like they did back during early open beta, appearing as early as stage 3 first runthrough. Would really help their use case if they appeared before you're so build dependent.

My funny first shrine of order moment was goat hooves and runald bands. I was untouchable and I could make an enemy die every 10 seconds.

I remember shrine of order giving me lunar that slows me down with lots of cautious slugs.
All what I could do is just stand still, trying to let enemies kill me.

that simply isn't how shrine of order works though. It puts all your items into single stacks for each rarity. RAP and TT are both white, and RS and SRF are both green.

They do still spawn on Rally Point Delta it's just the fact there's more stage 3's now so they hardly show up outside the moon.

There's also a mod called Shrine of Disorder (https://thunderstore.io/package/cbrl/ShrineOfDisorder) that lets them spawn on all stages, but instead of how it normally works, it just legit rerolls everything into different items with the default being rerolling stacks, but it also lets you treat every item as a reroll including ones in stacks. It's quite fun but it does kind of take away the troll factor by a bit.

Its a lottery feature. Low chance of run-ending roll. High chance of bad roll. Extremely small chance of good roll. If you got 1 good item and 10 trash items, its worth the gamble, but that just doesn't happen anyway. You use it on the offchance you want to get rid of either of the items that convert other items. I'm not sure offhand if it even works on lunar items tbh. It would be hillarious to end up with full stack of bethnic.

Can confirm, as the second time I interacted with a shrine of order is when I was Heretic. Do not recommend it at all in this situation.

Its just fun event, cause this shrine pretty rare. In 99% u press it just for memes.

It was't worse case scenario for u - u just need to go to the shop(if u new and dont know - u can find shiren on each map, that will open a shop portal after u complete teleport) and pray, that there is some good legendary trade deal. And not die in process
