150 57 Leaf Clovers and 3 hours; still no Void Devastator log drop

Is the log drop for the Void Devastator not working? I used Command, Dissonance, Swarm, Sacrifice and did a multiplayer run for 3 hours with my brothers and they fed me a total of 150 57 leaf clovers. Every single monster log dropped for all of my siblings who haven't received it, but the very last thing I need in the game is the Void Devastator log and I got to a stage where Dissonance had them spawn normally, and I killed hundreds. I farmed them for hours.

It's supposed to be a 1% chance, and with that many clovers it will be rolling that 1% chance with advantage per every clover, and I killed well over 200 Devastators during the run. Hours and hours of almost nothing but Devastators spawning and instantly being killed (corrupted crit glasses, tesla coil, ukulele)

When we got to the Devastator level, my siblings killed themselves so that I was the only possible character that could deal damage (since the clover wielders have to land the killing blow) and I also made sure to kill all of them in time before their self destruction fields caused a chain reaction.

What else can I do? This is the last thing I need for a perfected 100% save file. I feel like there's something wrong. With how many mistakes and bugs in the game I wouldn't be surprised, but has anyone been able to get this log and what methods did you use?
