What Does Mean a Mod Being Deprecated?

Does it mean it won't run? Or isn't it up to date? Or it's discontinued? Can I play a deprecated mod? Deprecated means that people disapproved the mod, but it doesn't mean it won't work... So, I don't know what "deprecated" means for the game.

Not all depreciated mods don't work, but that is the more common reason for it. Sometimes thunderstore marks them as depreciated for going against some standards. A recentish one was a common mod that added a site look up to check if the user was on their blacklist, disabling the mod if they were. It didn't have anyone on it at the time, but was still depreciated for the choice. (Please don't go into a huge debate on this topic future readers) You'll have to try them out to see if they really work or not.

Thanks, but I think I won't have to. It seems modders do another mod when some are deprecated. I had 2 deprecated mods and I was able to found another version of both not deprecated.
